How do you know when you're eating good pizza? Readers of This Is Herman Cain! by Herman Cain know: "The way I test a good pizza is to order the 'all meat' one. If it tastes too salty, I know the meat is not top quality. But if you get top-quality ingredients and put them all together, you'll find, like on a Godfather's pizza, it doesn't taste salty. That's one of the little keys to understanding 'Pizzaology.'"As it turns out, the Hermanator didn't share all his pizza-related wisdon in that book. He saved some of it for GQ. In a recent interview, Cain shared an a key insight with the magazine's editors:

Chris Heath: What can you tell about a man by the type of pizza that he likes?Herman Cain: [repeats the question aloud, then pauses for a long moment] The more toppings a man has on his pizza, I believe the more manly he is.Heath: Why is that?Cain: Because the more manly man is not afraid of abundance. [laughs]Devin Gordon: Is that purely a meat question?Cain: A manly man don't want it piled high with vegetables! He would call that a sissy pizza.
