Google often offers us translations of texts in foreign languages. I decided to see what this service would make of the Nicene Creed which is usefully available in several languages as part of the second paragraph of "Dominus Iesus." Below you will find the results when the Creed was translated from German and from Italian into English.

From the German, which began its translation of the first words of the Decree: "Before the Mr. Jesus drove into the sky..." and later gave as a subtitle: "The meat-become logos and the Holy Spirit in the Welfare work."

We believe in God, which father, who allpowerful, who creates everything has, skies and earth, the visible and the invisible world. And to the one Mr. Jesus Christ, God native son, from the father born before all time: God of God, light of the light, true God of the true God, witnessed, not production, a nature with the father; by it everything is created. For us humans and to our welfare he came from the sky, has meat by the holy spirit of the virgin Maria and humans became accepted. He suffered for us gekreuzigt from Pontius Pilatus, and was buried, is up-arisen driven after the writing and on the third day into the sky. It sits to rights of the father and will come back in glory to arrange the living persons and the dead ones; its rule no end will be. We believe the holy one in spirit, which is gentleman and makes alive, who follows from the father, who becomes with the father and the son angebetet and gentleman light, spoke by the prophets, and the one, holy, catholic and apostolische church. We admit the one baptism to assigning of the sins. We expect the Auferstehung of the dead ones and the life of the coming world ".

From the Italian, which also spoke of "the Gentleman going up":

Creed in a single God, Father omnipotent, creator of the sky and the earth, all the visible and invisibili things. Creed in a single Getlteman, Jesus Christ, Unigenito Son of God, been born from the Father first of all the centuries: God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, generated, not created, consustanziale the Father, for means of which the things have been created all. For we men and our salvation come down from the sky, and for work of the Saint Spirit Maria has incarnated itself in the breast of the Vergine and man has made itself. It was crocifisso for we under Ponzio Pilato, suffered, it was buried and the third day risuscit second the Writings, it salted to the sky, it seats to the right of the Father, it will come of new with Gloria judging alive and the dead men, and its reign will not have aim. Creed in the Saint Spirit, that he is Getlteman and it gives the life, and proceeds from the Father. With the Father and the Son it is adored and glorificato, and it has spoken for means of the prophets. Creed the Church, one Saint apostolic catholic and. Professo a single Baptism for the forgiveness of the sins. Aspect the risurrezione of the dead men and the life of the world that will come.
