On the op-ed page of today’s New York Times there is an ad from The Catholic League about an episode on the John Stewart Show. According to the ad, Stewart mocked Fox News’ “War on Women” by suggesting that “Vagina Mangers” could be used by women “to protect their reproductive organs from unwanted medical intrusions.” The crude picture that accompanied the “skit” is described, but not reproduced in the ad; nor is it seemly to include in this post. It is easily found online where there are no out-of-bounds lines.Mr. Donohue suggests one small step that those who think a line has been crossed might take.I post this for information purposes and not to solicit comments.
