Qualifications and requirements include: Must possess a working knowledge of health-care ethics and the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic Health Care Services. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Master’s degree in appropriate discipline such as Theology, Divinity, or health-related specialty required and at least ten years of experience in health-care leadership in mission integration.
