This past week-end the Religion and Ethics Newsweekly had a profile of Fr. Andrew Greeley. He was seriously injured in a fall some years back and he has never fully recovered. But his relatives and friends have been engaged in caring for him and bringing him along. Fr. John Cusick, a great Chicago priest, and his niece Eileen Durkin talk about him in this video and he is shown joining friends and family for Mass. Given his feisty, busy, and provocative past (he is from Chicago, you know), his current condition is both touching and a reminder that he still serves as an exemplary priest.
