I’ll raise Father Komonchak one Hail Mary (at least) for posting this story about a Topeka Catholic High School that told a female basketball ref she couldn’t work a boy’s hoops game because it would put a woman in a position of authority over men (well, soon-to-be men).This is easily explained when one realizes that the high school in question is associated with the Society of St. Pius X, of the late Archbishop Lefebvre’s schismatic vintage.Still, I post because I can resist anything except temptation.(Hat Tip to RNS.)
