The cacophony of the U.S. media (Washington DC branch) focused on Obama leaves us under-informed about matters on the ground in Libya. Juan Cole, a vigorous and informed critic of policies in Iraq and Afghanistan, seems to have at the moment a more positive view, than most, of what is happening in Libya. It may help that he is an Arabic speaker. Here are his "Top Ten Accomplishments of the No-Fly Zone" as of March 24.
