Not to mention that by removing all the other wave-lengths, Google has reduced information, not increased it. Worst of all blue light also contributes to the formation of macular degeneration.

Of course, with the Gmail redesign just sprung by Google, it actually is true that your email experience will never be the same. Having learned to manipulate one interface, Gmail users now get to experience the "intuitive, instinctive, natural" button locations and screen design of an entirely new way of having to compose emails. Unfortunately, the Gmail redesign isn't an April Fools' joke. :-(
