FWIW – a number of legal media commentators had also mentioned, during the trial, that the prosecution’s case was not airtight.
It seems that this woman genuinely followed her conscience. Speaking as someone who has been on a jury, I understand that the pressures on here must have been intense. It couldn’t have been pleasant for her to withstand the pressure and even abuse of the others.
