(I know, I know… he’s a bishop, not a cardinal. Anybody recognize the poor guy?)
He is for sure an Italian bishop from the Southern part of the country (I can tell), but the commentator pronounces his name with a heavy German accent (Pater Bacterius? or something like that)
My other question (just out of curiosity): is this a clip from the news, or from some blooper-video comedy show? Anybody speak enough German to tell?
The commentator says: “Father [name] is simply too old for technology … of the 1930s” – it seems a video from a German version of funniest american videos

I am sure there is something like that in a Catholic version of “Sky Mall”
